​I understand and acknowledge that:

• Dog training brings with it the risk of injury to both dog and handler. 

• Due care must be taken when using the equipment. 

• All persons and dogs use this venue at their own risk. 

• The training venue is located on a property where the ground can be rough and uneven especially after wet weather. There are rabbit holes, snakes, unfenced dams, creeks, fallen and falling trees on the property.

• ​Machinery used on the property is dangerous.

• There are many other general dangers.

• I will not enter any fenced paddock or field unless requested, directed or supervised by an employee or instructor.

• The proprietor/instructor and all other employees of Performance Dog are not liable for any injury, death, loss or damage which may occur during the time you spend on the property.

• Performance Dog reserves the right to reject bookings without giving any reason

• For the right to participate in events and/or training activities held at our venue, I hereby knowingly and voluntarily enter into this waiver and release of liability and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of my participation.
